1. Introduction
Welcome to Corsaire ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, store, and related services (the "Services"), operated on the Shopify platform. By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to make purchases or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. 4. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, including colors, materials, and details, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. To cancel, contact us at support.corsaire@gmail.com with your order number. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled, though it may be eligible for return once delivered, per our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Payment
We use Shopify's secure payment processing to handle transactions. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All payments are processed in accordance with Shopify's applicable terms and security standards.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, available on our website. Certain items, including limited or exclusive drop items and gift cards, may be final sale and non-returnable, as noted at the time of purchase.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services, including but not limited to the Corsaire name, logo, wordmark, product designs, graphics, and site content, is the property of Corsaire or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content or branding without our prior written consent.
