Where We Ship

We currently ship to European Union countries only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

 

Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our control.

Carriers

We ship using Packeta, with delivery to home addresses or a wide network of pickup points across the EU.

International Orders and Customs

As we currently ship within the EU only, orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes under standard intra-EU trade rules.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your nearest pickup point first, then contact us at support.corsaire@gmail.com within 14 days so we can investigate. If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
